As SantaCruz MetalTech following the scope of “Metalworking services Management”, according to the ISO 9001 standard reference “Quality Management Systems”, and in order to increase the performance of suppliers in a perspective of continuous improvement and to meet the requirements of the standards, a supplier evaluation methodology was implemented internally.
This evaluation translates into weighted, adequate and quantitative criteria that, combined with procedures, helping the development of the relationship between SantaCruz MetalTech and its supply chain.
Our suppliers will therefore be evaluated annually on the following criteria:
